Felipe é extremamente atencioso. Check in muito rápido, funcionários do condomínio muito gentis. Apartamento impecável, limpíssimo, cozinha bem equipada. Muito confortável, além de ser super interessante poder ver pousos e decolagens no aeroporto. Já estarei de volta ainda este mês! Super recomendo!

Excelente espaço e localização. Fotos e descrição condizentes com a realidade. Apartamento organizado e limpo e o Felipe sempre respondia rapidamente. O som do aeroporto não gerou incômodos no cotidiano.

This apartment is top of the line. Felipe is outstanding. He communicates clearly and quickly. If you are a foreigner like me it is very safe and secure. I felt more safe here than at home. Security is onsite 24/7 and not any random person can come inside the building. The noise from the planes is not bad at all. It did not bother me. The neighborhood is very safe as well. When you order food or beverages online they call your apartment to let you know it has arrived. Thats what i loved the most. This apartment lacks nothing. I will stay here again. Thanks Felipe

Brand new apartment complex. Everything was as described in the listing and totally new. Felipe was super nice and helpful and always quick at responding to messages. Location was too close to the airport for me, as you can hear planes landing and taking off all day from 6h-22h. I forgot to read that in the listing 🙁 Bring some earplugs.

The place is really cozy, not to mention the amazing view. The studio is new, really clean and very well-equipped. Communication with Felipe was easy and efficient. Great place, great host. I definitely recommend the place.

A really good experience in this appartement. Everything is really clean and you dont need anything there cause you have everything inside the appartment and Felipe the owner is really reactive it was a real pleasure to stay there.

Felipe is very flexible and accommodating. His hospitality is wonderful and the apartment is very clean and organized.
